60 Years Amicale Internationale KZ Neuengamme (AIN). A conference of the Amicale Internationale KZ Neuengamme in cooperation with the Neuengamme Concentration Camp Memorial
In 1958 the national associations of former prisoners and the descendants of former prisoners of the Neuengamme Concentration Camp created the Amicale Internationale KZ Neuengamme (AIN) as their international umbrella organization. Since its inception it has played an important role in the
fight for a dignified way of commemoration at the historical site of the former Neuengamme Concentration Camp.
60 years later representatives of the AIN from different countries present their national organizations’ history and discuss with others who supported the AIN along the way about current projects as well the importance of the collaboration between the descendants of former prisoners and the Neuengamme
Concentration Camp Memorial.
